We are also seeing these errors on the QVS nodes... when it happens, there are 100's of them within a couple seconds of time. Although, there are no reports of the desktop clients having any issues, but I will follow up with the development team on this.

After I upgraded to Qv 11 SR2 Upgrade1, 11.00.11426 , one of the applications we developed became inaccessible via the intranet of our client. They can open it in access point if they connect to the machine where the QV server is installed with Remote Desktop Conn., so opening the app locally in access point works, but in their intranet it doesn't. Yesterday they got the meggase Session lost , and today opening in access point this app yielded only blank screen. Other apps could be opened from the intranet though.

These are other messages I found in the Events log file from around the time they attempted to access the file:

Shared - Key.ID: Error reading shared objects of type

Shared - Key.Type: Error reading shared objects of type

Shared - Key.User: Error reading shared objects of type

I don't know much of shared objects. Could you please help me in resolving this.

Thanks and BR,

B.
