Qlikview Document Reload Hangs

I was wondering if you could help me on a serious issue that is quite critical and needs to be resolved?

We recently installed QlikView 11 SR2 on our Server and have come into a problem with the
reloading of one of most critical QlikView application.

This application reloaded fine on QlikView 10 SR4 but when we try to reload it on QlikView 11 SR2 the

Reload process hangs after a certain number of rows are fetched.

The Elapsed time keeps on incrementing but no more rows are fetched. Please see screenshot Below.

The Reload Process stopped retrieving rows at 00:45:12. I had to kill this Reload Process at 02:14:07

Please find attached the Windows Performance Monitor Log,
and a sample of the QVD data.

Here are my Server Specifications

40 Physical Core Processors (Intel(R) Xeon CPU E7-4870 @ 2.4GHz)
512 GB of RAM
64 Bit Operating System
Hyper Threading disabled
NUMA Disabled

I have managed to isolate where the issue is occuring. IDFOBETLEG is the lowest level of data that is being fetched. If I comment out that column then the reload works fine.

Has Qlikview 11 SR 2 placed a data cap on how many values can appear in an application or is it a bug? This issue did not occur in Qlikview 10 SR4.

I would greatly apprieciate if any one can help me on this.
