IIS Authentication, QVS Tunnel issue

Hi,

We use QV 11 SR2 and use IIS instead of QV Web Server. Some users who are outside of the server domain get an IIS Authetication / QVS Tunnel.dll error when they try the http link. The qvp:// link works. Also for some other users in the same region, both http and qvp links work fine.

What could it be causing this ?

PS : I checked the Even log and it shows only 1 line for this user - "Ticket created for <user>"

Hi,

I have faced same problem and solved. This attachment was help lot to me.

Go through this document.

Make sure IEPlugin version and Server versions are same.

In Our case, we are getting this error in environment where we are not using IIS.

Did you verify version of Server/IE Plugin/Desktop..

All should be same version..
