Data reduced when reopen

Hi all,

Here is an issue bothering me lately. When a qvw file is reopened after being reloaded and saved, data has been reduced. I didn't make any selection and data is complete, when I save a file. Why is data reduced when reopen? I just have this issue recently. Before it behaved properly. Any ideas?

Do you have section access with data reduction?
(Not clear what you mean by "data reduced" and at the same time "data is complete")

I have section access, but I have full access to data. And qvw behaved properly before, even with section access.

Data reduced: for example, I have 2 Years :2012 and 2013 in my app. I saved and closed the qvw after reloaded it. When I reopen this qvw, only Year 2013 shows, data related to Year 2012 has been lost.

I see what you mean. You have full data on reload but partial data on open, even when user supposedly has access to all data.

See if 2012 data are associated with you as user. A good way to test what is going on is to replace "initial data reduction" with "initial data selection". Maybe your data model and/or section access needs some adjustment.
