User see different data

Hi everyone;

A user access to QlikView but when consulting information from 2013 and weeks 3 and 2 is the same information for both weeks, but if i validate that information from others machine is different and that is correct. what whappened??

I did the following from internet explorer:

Tools->Internet Options-> Advanced->

bottom Restore Advanced Settings ->

bottom Reset

Later

Security - > Local internet-> Custom Level -> User Authentication and

choose the option: Prompt for user name and password.

But Doesn't work

The problem is with the user's account in her machine i see the same information for two weeks and when i validate in other machine with the same account the information is different what it mean is correct.

Can you help please?

i Do it the solution is the next:

Just reset the Qlik view Services.
