Qlikview back button is not working

Hi,

We have implemented a qlikview application and deployed in access point. When we try to clikc on back button multiple times it is not resetting the data set but it is not resetting the variables. This issue is not consistant always. some time it works and some times it does not.

Any one faced this issue before?. Please let me know the details..

Hi Dasu,

It sounds like your application might have additional actions when opening or switching sheets etc.?

Let's say I'm on my first sheet and have value X selected in my only field.

I go to sheet two which has actions assigned to "Clear All" and then select value Y in my field.

If I now click the back button, X will not be selected but it will go back to the state after Clear All. The actions count as selections as well (when using selection actions )

HI ,

This might be due to corrupt of button object .

Sometimes Specially the Buttons get Corrupted and because of that it wont work properly .

I dont know have you deleted the Button and try to use New Button in place of that .

Please let me know if this persists .
