Error connection session collaboration

Folks,

I tried using Session collaboration.

I sent the link provided by the Qlikview to the user(who will view my dashboards). When he tried to open the session it shows the attached errors (Some time error1 and some time error2).

Please advise.

Hi,

Noconnection error is coming cause of unavailability of RAM.

I recommend you to restart qlikview server and then try again.
