Error using FTP with userid containing @ - windows xp / windows seven

Hi, I am using qlickview 11 and I have a problem using FTP where USER contains a "@" :

in windows seven there is no problem, qlikview converts the login " user@company.xx " in the "user%40company.xx" form and it's possible to make a field choice etc.... the script runs perfectly.

On a windows XP the connect button causes a "invalid URL " error and it's not possible to interact to make a field choice etc. Typing the loadscript line substituting the @ with %40 causes no error.

There is something I can do to make it possible to access the remote files in a normal way in Windows XP?
