Hi Experts,

How to remove Null ,'-' or Zeros values from a pivot table and replace them with the text (for example 'tbc'),Below i am providing the expression which i am using for caculations.By using this expression i am getting the null values displayed .

Please modify the below expression and let me know .

sum({<Year=,[Short Year]=,date_con ={'>=$(=addmonths(max(date_con),-5))<=$(=max(date_con))'},[Met] ={'01'} >} Result)

Please help me in this regard.

If you want to remove all nulls and replace them with the same text, then in the presentation tab, just change the null symbol.

The above is the screenshot provided ... where there are null values zeros are displaying by sing the above expression highlited in Yellow.

It can be done by Right click on Pivot table ==> Properties ==> Presentation ==> Null Symbol

Thanks for your suggestion ... I had already tried this option but it is not working ... So can u please suggest some other option .So that this can be done .
