Issue with the execute command

I am using the execute command to move the files from source directory to the final directory and this woks fine .

the isuue i have is everytime i get a warning message or popup message saying give system file access.

so when this query is eceuted in the server is there way that the script gets failed, on the desktop when u click on give system local access then the file executes,

Is there a way that we can make it default so that the pop up wont show up everytime when u run the script

I also check marked the " can execute external programs in the edit script";

Helpful could be the execution with an another user-rights (admin?) per runas.

Choose properties for the file, choose Advanced tab under atteributes, and uncheck 'File is ready for archiving',

Should help the issue
