OBJECT ID too long

Hello,

I have a user which have a document with long object ID : example LB01_13468749684

Do you have any idea if there is a parameter to have only 4 caracter.

I don't want to have this object_id, I want to have LB_07 only.

Where could I change this parameter ?

Here itself you can edit it... just delete the unwanted and Apply

I know that I can change it manually but it's automatically with all these caracters and I don't want it.

If you are using the -prj folder or source control system then qlikview will automatically append the addtional numbers. This avoids potential merge problems if two different developers create new objects with the same object type.

Short answer is that the additonal digits are needed in a multi developer environment.
