      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need your help on how to force data into a field.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two fiels 'Project_Number' and 'Project_Ref' which are not connected directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to fill 'Project_Ref' field with the numbers I get when choosing the field&amp;nbsp; 'Project_Number'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Project_Ref' contains the same data as 'Project_Number'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should be like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I choose the numbers 1,7 and 55 from field&amp;nbsp; 'Project_Number' the system should choos the same numbers in field&amp;nbsp; 'Project_Ref'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate you prompt response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to add a Select in Field action to the OnSelect trigger of the Project_Number field. The field to select in would be Project_Ref and the search string would be ='(' &amp;amp; concat(distinct Project_Number, '|' &amp;amp; ')'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
