Clear All not working

Hi All,

I have a button to clear all and then select a range of values, however, the Clear All part does not work.

I need to add another button and set that to clear all, and that does work. But I want to avoid using that additional object.

Why does the Clear All not work on the button called "Release > today"

I create the selection using the following
