How to add and store user comments on Access Point???

Hi Experts ,

I have a qlikview appliation which is on Access Point .

So ,my requirement is when ever the user access the application .IF the user want to enter comments and save those comments .

Is there any way to give a text box and enter the comments and save ..

If this is possible ,please let me know how to do this .
