Issue in Supporting Task

HI All,

I have written the macro to send a mail and trigger this macro, when open a document.

And, I have written batch file to open the document.

("C:\Program Files\QlikView\Qv.exe" /NoSecurity "F:\test.qvw")

And, I have run bat file the Supporting task --> External program

Command line--> "F:\test.bat"

But, I didn't get mail.

Could u pls help me on this?
