Input box shows 'undefined' in webview

Dear All,

I upgraded from 11 SR1 to 11.2 SR2

I use input boxes in my applications. But after the upgrade if have a problem with the input boxes in the web environment. When you want to enter something in the inputbox, it shows a default vaule 'undefined'. You have to delete this word first, before you can enter your own value. Does anyone have the same problem? How do I solve it?

If you have no input constraints on your variable, this will happen.

Go to Settings > Document Settings > Variables > Input Constraints

You can also mange these constraints while you are configuring the input box.

Go to Input Box Properties > Constraints > Input Constraints

HI Philip,

The problem still persists, even if you have constraints defined for the input box. Kindly suggest a feasible solution.

Once try to upgrade version of QlikView.

Version 11.20.12664.0 SR9(Latest version)

Hi Frank,

in case you didn't know, this issue was past of the bugfix list of QV11.2 SR11. (see page 34)
