Viewing container boxes in AccessPoint

Hello,

I have a query about the viewing of container boxes on applications through AccessPoint and wondered if someone might be able to help.

I have created an application using a container box to view 8 graphs as a grid format. Which works well in the desktop application but when this is loaded onto AccessPoint and viewed by the user some people are only seeing one chart with a tab selection down the left hand side, but when you click on these it does not change the chart. Is there anything that could affect this such as version of internet explorer or Java, I just can’t figure out why it only affecting certain people. We are currently running QV 11.2 SR3.

Are the users viewing the application through AJAX? Because such cosmetic issues occur with AJAX.

Sorry would have been helpful if I said that. the users are viewing through the IEPlugin.
