Is it possible to formulaically change the font color of the values in a list box so they have different colors based on their value?

Example: If you have a dimension field called 'Color' and its values are 'Blue', 'Red', 'Green'.

Then if you add that field to a List Box and you want the 'Blue' to appear in blue font, the 'Red' to be in red font and the 'Green' to be in green font, is that possible?
