      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Word Search,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need find a string inside a text, but need to be a whole word.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like this example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE border="1" class="jiveBorder" style="border: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0); width: 100%;"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TH style="text-align: center; background-color: #6690bc; color: #ffffff; padding: 2px;" valign="middle"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Model&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/TH&gt;&lt;TH style="text-align: center; background-color: #6690bc; color: #ffffff; padding: 2px;" valign="middle"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Company Model&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/TH&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD style="padding: 2px;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;24H&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD style="padding: 2px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Wheel Loader&lt;/SPAN&gt; 924H&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD style="padding: 2px;"&gt;924H&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD style="padding: 2px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="hps"&gt;Wheel Loader&lt;/SPAN&gt; 924H&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On example, I need take de seconde value, to use Left(), Right(), Index(), etc, is not possible, because this is a simple example, mas has many variations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If SubstringCount() or WildMatch(), allowed "whole word" would be perfect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some sugestion, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe like attached?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use an appropriate delimiter that is not part of your strings (I used '~' for that).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
