Pivot table Measure without the Top level grouping

Hi,

I have a pivot table where the I have the following dimensions in the X-Axis.

Country and State

And I also have the following 2 dimensions in the Y - Axis, ( by dragging n dropping the columns in the y-axis).

Year and Month.

I have the following measures,

Sales and Profit which gets grouped in terms of Country and State in X-Axis and by year and month in Y-axis.

I want to add a new measure which is only related to Country and state and need not be grouped into Year and Month. So this should be the last column appearing in the pivot table.

Can you please let me know how this can be done.
