      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, any user using QV Desktop can do this. But it won't work using the ajax client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
