Hello

can some someone explain to me what does the 'remove last document state' link do when clicked?

Hi,

As you might know, that for each user qlikview captures the last activity and when next time user opens the application, it starts from his/her last state. So this option helps in deleting the last document state and restore it to the default state.

Ok but it is not working here

a user has made clones of charts and added several list boxes

he wanted to go back to original state, he is clicking this option but nothing happens

Please advise

Hi,

When we say document state, it means that the last open sheet with last selections done.

Remove Last Document state doesnt mean to delete the object created by the users. Those can be deleted by either user from browser or the admin from QEMC.
