Print object: which just prints one specified object

2. Print sheet: which prints the entire sheet, but the problem here is we have one straigth table which has many columns and there is a scroll bar. we need all the columns to b printed. Can you suggest on this

3. Print report: we need to add the printer name. not sure how to go about this.

Please help

Hi,

You can always create a button for this purpose. Under Actions, choose Print Action, Print Sheet.

I think the way to go is creating a Report.

You should also create a new version of your Straight table (as a linked Objetct) So you can resize column width in order to feet in the chart area inside the report without "corrupting" your original chart.

Also, check inside the report, page settings (see multi page, maeby is needed if you want to print all rows inside your table chart.. )

About the print report, you don´t need to add a printer name, just add the Report ID. Your default printer will be selected.

Hope this helps.
