Problem to open file or folder with action button

Hi all,

In a Qlikview dashboard, through two button, I need to open a network folder and a xls file stored in a network folder.

I have created two buttons:

- The first contains in the "Open URL Action" the path of the network folder -> \\NetworkFolderName\Subfolder

- The second contains in the "Open URL Action" the path of the xls file -> \\NetworkFolderName\Subfolder\FileName.xls

In Qlikview desktop and in Access Point with Internet Explorer everything works.

But if I use Chrome or Firefox the buttons don't work!

Can someone help me?

in Chrome and Firefox I use Ajax Client, but the buttons not work!
