No u can't export or import the server bookmark which u created in access point.

Though u can change the owner of the bookmark through qmc.

So follow this,

QMC-->User-->User Management-->Search for ur spefic user-->Server objects--> Here u can find the book marks owner icon--> click that owner icon --> U have to enter alternate user.

we can even share the bookmarks over the server but i want that if there is any chance that we can export them in to XML.
