missing document Cal Tab

Hi All,

When im in the qlikview management console screen some of my documents dont have the document Cal tab

So open up Console

click on documents

select the folder where the document is

select the required QVW.

Some of them display all 4 tabs

server | Document Information | Reload | Document Cals

while other documents don't. Obviously without this tab I can't assign cals to it. So from a users perspective they can see the report frmo the access screen but when they try and click on it , it errors out saying no cals assigned.

I have plenty of Cals left on our licensing agreement and so im confused why this tab disappears.. any helpers out there

Quite often, Qlikview is slow to refresh or doesn't update until it is explicitly done.

In Qlikview Management Console, try going to:

1. Systems tab > Licenses button (under the tabs):

2. select your Qlikview Server

3. in bottom right hand corner, click on Update License From Server

Hi, you have all the license used? pherhaps you used all your licence

Hi, I have the same problem. One of qvw would not load "Documents" information. User has problem to access to the qvw and I need assign more CALs to that qvw. But I cannot. Please help. Thanks!
