Multiple selections without control select

Hi Everyone ,

Can we select more than one value in a list box at a time . I know we can do it through control and select , but it wastes my lot of time in case i need to select 20 or 30 values out of a list box of 1000 values . Can we copy the values from a excel/notepad and paste it in the search of the listbox or do something similar which would save my time .
