It is possible to hide documents for groups of users by putting them in a subdirectory and setting NTFS permissions on that folder so only the users that should see the documents can access that folder. But that is based on users or user groups, not on document cals. It is possible but it would mean creating a folder for each document and besides assigning a doc cal also setting the appropriate NTFS permissions on the folder in which the document is stored.
