    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make a date from the Created Month field:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;date(date#([Created Month],'MM.YYYY'),'MM.YYYY') as [Created Month]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now Created Month will contain dates (the first day of each month) and will still be displayed as MM.YYYY. You can now create a master calendar using Created Month as date field. It's easiest to do this with the Qlikview Components library.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a small table, with and aggreagated data loaded from an excel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a month column and the in the format MM.YYYY ( 11.2012)&amp;nbsp; format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to laod a master calender and link this month field to the master calender. i dont have any dates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i get this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to copy some master calendar codes in my script. and it is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;help me with an example.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The code in the scipt is as below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LOAD FieldA, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; [Created Month], &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; [Field B], &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; FieldC, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; [Field D], &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; [Count 1], &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Count2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FROM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[C:File path.. \Filename.xls}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(ooxml, embedded labels);&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;---------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
