Managing tooltips

Hi guys,

To avoid an effect like this:

I need to set the cell text color like the background one

but doing so, the tooltip used to show the "hidden" value I written, in yellow on white (as set by the tooltip default) it's not visible.

Is there a way to set the text color of the tooltip independently from the text color of the cell?

If not, can someone explain to me exactly the way to change the background color of the tooltip (I found a post on this argument, but I can't understand what they explained to do).
