How to campare some characters in a string?

Hi All,

I have some employee_name like:

Ename

-----------

ABC

ADC

BCA

CCA

ACB

ABD

Now I want to select all employees whose name start with 'AB'. How I get this.

Please help.

if(Ename like AB*,result you want)

if you are trying to select in the listbox :

click on search symbol ->type AB -> Enter.
