How can I make the difference between two fields time format and get the result in seconds?

Sample:

(Time (EndTime, 'hh.mm.ss')) - (Time (StartTime, 'hh.mm.ss'))

Interval((Time (EndTime, 'hh.mm.ss'))-(Time (StartTime, 'hh.mm.ss')), 'SS')
