Calculate difference between two dates

Hello;

I am looking to understand the difference in days between the end date of a warranty contract and the start date of the maintenance contract. Please find hereby the XLS data.

Some parameters to take into consideration:

A warranty contract could be followed up by another warranty contract and finally followed up by a maintenace contract.

War + War end date vs Maint start date

A warranty contract coud be followed up by an extended warranty contract and finnaly followed up by a maintenance contract.

War + War ext end date vs Maint start date.

Etc....

To resume I need to make sure to compare for one equipment the latest warranty contract end date or the latest warranty extension end date to the start date of the first maintenance contract following up the warranty or warranty extension.

Hope by now you understand why I need some help there
