Try this script

Data:

LOAD
AcctNo,
Date,
Type,
Amt,
Transaction
FROM
Test.xlsx
(ooxml, embedded labels, table is Sheet1);

Inner join (Data)
LOAD
*
WHERE UniqueTransaction = 1;
LOAD
AcctNo,
Date,
Transaction,
Count(Distinct Amt) AS UniqueAmt,
Count(Transaction) AS UniqueTransaction,
Count(Distinct Type) AS UniqueType
Resident Data
Group By AcctNo,
Date,
Amt,
Transaction;
