List box value displaying while opening directly using QlikView not from Access Point

Hi All,

We are having a list box contains three values, displaying from table created using Qualify *. When we open the dashboard directly this is displaying but when we open this from Access point the values are not displaying. Please could you advise what could be the problem. Is that any setting related to access point? We have opened the Dashboard using QlikView and Access point using same user id.

Please let us know if any more information is required.

We are using QlikView 11.2 SR3

Is this happening only with a specific qlikview document/field/list?

What happens when you create a brand new qlikview document and just load that one field and show in a list box?

If possible share the QVW having issues.
