Loop in Document Report

Hi All,

Please help..

Got stuck with the Loop option in QLikview-> Reports-> Document report

Need to generate report based on ex. Year dimension (2006,2007,2008),so I need three pages for each year .

Done the following setting but not able to reduce it

Setting 1: In Edit report -> Report -> Report Setting -> Selection ->Banding

then checked the option against ->' Loop report over possible values in field' selected 'Year'

Setting 2 : Under Page ->Banding -> (checking ) 'Loop page over possible values in field ' to 'Year' as I need to reduce it to Year basis.

Need to print the reports at the end based on dimension Year ,so at the end there should be separate three pages each for year 2006,2007,2008

Please let me know .

Hi Gargi,

I dont think that setting 2 is needed.
