Run only Qlikview Server not Publisher

Hi All,

Is there any way to run only Qlikview Server, as I have Publisher license too and running.

I need to create an alert for a task failure.

I checked the help in QMC, it says, t

Note! This tab is just available when running only the QlikView Server, that is, not running the QlikView Publisher (QVP).

How can i do this.

Hi,

If u remove the publisher license it will stop working.

But please note it will stop all distributions existing in publisher.
