Should have searched archives of course but sometimes forget.

It also solved my 'corruption' problem which was around setting Document properties for Security although the import seems to have tweaked a few colours; that I can deal with.

I want to try exporting a document layout and importing it to a new qvw file. If I select File, Export, Export Document Layout (step 1) then it creates a load of xml files as expected.

However, if I then create a new blank qvw file and select File, Import, Import Document Layout it then propmts me to select a "Layout.xml" file in the file open dialogue. Unfortunately Step 1 above created no such files so it does not display any for selection in the File, Open dialogue. I've tried selcting one called TopLayout.xml but basically nothing happened.

This is all in V10.

Has anyone got any tips for using this Export, Import functionality? I'm doing it becasue I want to copy all the sheets and objects over from a qvw file that I suspect has developed some kind of corruption.
