Reload time issue

Hi all,

we have QMS 11.2 and one application. The data is from MS Excell and MS Access (about 6 million rows).

When a user reloads the data in the desktop version it ends after 15 mins, but if the reload is in QMC (services are started with another user) the reload ends after 16 hours. Do you have any ideas why is that?

Let the QDS generate a document log (check Document Properties->General-Generate Log file in your Desktop), and use it to find out exactly where script execution stalls. Or post the log file here.

Hi,

QMS generates log file.

But it`s strange . Starts in 3:00 am, then after 3:03 am nothing, then in 6:21 am continues and ends in 6:23 am (ends with no error or success). Execution actually ends in 9 am.

We changed the user who starts QV Services and now it look ok.
