Internet Explorer Access Point Issue

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with the access point application.

I am navigating from one page to other by button click which opens other sheet .I am unable to open the sheet.When i click the button the system hangs only in internet explorer,but i tried to open in Mozilla or Google chrome it works fine.Does any of you had a similar issue.

Any Ideas how to resolve this.

Hi.

I guess it's IE compatibility issue. If you use IE10 try compatibility mode (F12) IE8/9.

Hi Whiteline,

We are using IE8 compatibility mode.Recently we migrated from Qlikview 11 SR2 to Qlikview 11.2 SR4.

I am unable to open the tab even in server also.It was hanging there as well.

Any ideas

No we are not using IE plugin in our environment. We use only Internet Explorer .I checked the application in server but even i face the same scenerio,i am unable to go into the sheet,

Try to add the adress to your accesspoint to trusted sites
