You can do this by using the geographical places listed in your computer's &lt;SPAN class="Bold"&gt;Control Panel&lt;/SPAN&gt; for '&lt;SPAN class="Bold"&gt;Date and Time'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you can code LocalTime('Chennai') for instance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
