    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;.exe files containing a QlikView application and acting as a QlikView viewer cannot be created unless you are a Qliktech employee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CSV files can't be zipped into a QV application, they can just be used as a source.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can build a QVapp and zip that together with the csv file if you want to transfer it to someone else. The recipient will need a QVdesktop license though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps can you describe what the actual (business) goal is you are trying to accomplish? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
