Hi,

I am trying to identify the time gap between the previous record.

ROW	LOG_INDEX	Timestamp_His
1	1018	10-04-2018 12:52
2	6007	09-05-2018 08:41
3	6012	09-05-2018 08:41
4	1017	25-05-2018 09:15
5	1018	25-05-2018 09:15
6	6011	28-05-2018 11:12

12	10000	15-06-2018 11:04

Need difference between timestamps

1) Row 2 to Row 1

2)Row 7 to Row 6

3) Row 8 to Row 7

Please help...

Also, need to add 1)+2)+3) at the end..

What is the logic behind finding differences for only those 3 rows? I mean your data can be longer then what you have provided, right? Will the calculation always remain the same (differences on only 3 occasion)?

I have just given an example for single ticket.

I would like to calculate the time difference for each status change.(Log_index change)

Which ticket is this an example for? I guess can you elaborate your example a little bit more?
