Intermittent Reload issue for Publisher

Publisher intermittently cannot find files:
Error Message:
QDSMain.Exceptions.DistributionFailedException: Distribute failed with errors to follow. ---> QDSMain.Exceptions.ReloadFailedException: Reload failed ---> QDSMain.Exceptions.LogBucketErrorException: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully. DocumentPath= \\servername\QlikViewStorage\SourceDocuments\Data\Dept\Project\01.Extract QVW\SourceDBPrjQVDExtract.qvw.

When we Reload manually - no problem.
Sometimes it works with Publisher schedule jobs, sometime not.
Could the object be locked by another user?

Hi Stephane - Do you have the document log (Generate Logfile) enabled?

This will give you more details on where the failure occurred.

Yes, we have a log on the document. In that case the problem is always after the load, it's at the distribution.

This is the server log:

Hi Stephane,

The entry states that the reload failed

"2014-09-19 05:00:01 Error The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully."

This indicates that the reload failed before distribution.

Have you had a look at the full logs in ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log\....

This should have both the document & distribution logs.
