Updating, Please try again message on Accesspoint ...

Hi,

I have a container object, containing multiple charts.

Now I always get this(picture) message, when I scroll the chart(left/right) with mouse wheel. If I click on the scroll bar the message appears much less often.

Hello,

Does this chart slows down/hangs when you repeat same steps on QV desktop?

If that is the case, then you need to modify your expressions and make them more better.

Hi Ida,

what exactly do you mean with "dynamic update"? Is it an option for the server or in qv developer? Never saw an option regarding to this.

It's a possability to let QV dynamically update data in the data model and I have seen that message coming up when using it. If a dynamic update is performed in another session by another user, the other users documents will get that message when the new data is loaded. If that is the case I think you should be able to make settings in document properties and the server tab. But it might be other scenarios for that message box to appear as well.

Hello,

The main problem is that you are using a container box which contains multiple chart.

Container Box - It takes lots of memory, that is why it is suggested try to avoid using Container object to increase your Application performance.

This Issue comes due to Performance issue.
