    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like your browser does not trust your server's SSL certificate (which is normal, if you created it by yourself).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either get a certificate that is signed by a trusted certifier, or get your certificate automatically imported on each computer by a policy directive. In both cases, this should be done by your IT department.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello guys, since one week ago, we've been experiencing some troubles loading a qlikview document via accesspoint in google chrome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we want to solve it, we have to do it "manually" clicking this button :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="47493" alt="Ejemplo.png" class="jive-image" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/47493_Ejemplo.png" style="width: 620px; height: 105px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the problem is that some customers have zero knowledge of computer science and they have many problems doing this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to avoid this thing in our server?
