      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't under stand the difference between XXXX() function and XXXX#() function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e.g. Date(), Date#().&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
