Hi Everyone

I'm looking for a few pointers on something I'm a little stuck on.

Essentially I have a bunch of sales people ranked (using the rank function) on a chart top to bottom. What I want to do is create an "individual report" on the same app that will show an individual persons sales performance, reporting what their current rank is.

The problem I have is to run the individual report you select one salesperson. Of course when you do due to qliks associative model only their own data is being calculated, I therefore lose how they were ranked against the others (i.e. The salesperson I select would effectively be ranked 1 as there is no other data there).

Can anyone recommend a good approach - I think I might be able to do something with either set analysis or perhaps a variable, but I'm not really sure where to start.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Stu

If you create and calculate their rank in a field in the load script, you will have the value available at all times.
