Hi all,

i am having data with Primary key and Foregien Key relationship.....by using this data i want to create Data model(Star Schema) in Qlikview...

can any one help me....wat r the points to follow for that,,,

Hi, if u have all the primary key and foreign key in your tables.

first load all the tables into the qlikview and reload the script.

by default qlikview will join on primary and foreign key making an outer join .

after that open the table view(cntrl+T) then u will see the datmodel..

from that u can identify whether ur datamodel is star schema or something else.

if it is not a star schema..then how to make it as Star schema...

how to find the Fact table among those..
