Current Selections box will not float

Can anyone tell me why the "current selections" box selected from the toolbar in Access Point will not float when opened in an app? I am wondering if there is some server setting, since it floats on our test server, but not on our production server.

What do you mean by float?

Does other object on production server work as expected?

Is the problem only with current selections box?

Found it. There is a setting under QlikView Servers for it in QMC.

System Tab => Setup => Documents;

There is a checkbox named "Allow moving and sizing objects" under the Objects section.
